On our last day in Flaming Gorge we floated and fished the Green River with our guide Uncle Tanner.
The weather was fantastic!
Jack was able to put his newly learned fishing skills from fishing camp to work, although fishing this river was unlike any fishing we had experienced before. It's funny how everywhere you go fishing you have to learn about the habitat and habits of the fish... luckily Tanner just told us what to do and after loosing so many bites I caught one! A beautiful rainbow trout.
Cutest fisherman ever
I remember the first time Ben taught Beth how to fish little we think then that fishing would become such a part of her life. It is wonderful how we have both learned to love fishing because our hubby's love it so much.
My fish!! I screamed with joy the whole time I was reeling him in. I think everyone one the river could hear and I was completely oblivious until after Beth commented on how loud I was...imagine me loud?...
And I named him
Hard at work!
Loving the little rapids!
