Thoughts

Thoughts are as constant as the drip from 
a tap that wasn't fully shut off...
they drip,
they drop
they seep into all the cavities of the mind
leaving a trail 
a pathway
interconnecting everything together 
and yet separating everything
causing 
confusion
stress
anxiety
hope
wonder
relief
joy
peace
 Our thoughts shape our reality
but
reality also shape our thoughts
so what to do?
take every drop of thought and 
recognize it
acknowledge it
feel it
and then send it somewhere 
somewhere 
where it will help you
progress
move forward
gain momentum along your journey
your journey 
called life
and then
OWN IT
